Engine: - Brand New Assembled Maruti/ Hyundai Make - Three or Four Cylinder,4-stroke, Liquid-cooled, Petrol Engine Self- Start Assembly with battery.

Loading Dynamometer

Electrical /Eddy current Dynamometer: Max Power: 10BHP, Torque: 45 N, Speed: 1500 – 3000RPM, Cooling –Water Cooled, Direction of rotation: Bi-Directional.

Control Panel: Suitable Metallic Powder coated Panel

Measuring Instrumentation:

Consists of Digital Display Indicators for measuring various parameters manually

Air Flow Measurement: Diffrential U Tube Manometer connected across an orifice meter with suitable air drum of 250 to 300 times of the swept volume (Approx.)

Fuel Measurement: 3way cock Burette with on/off valve/ Digital fuel flow indicator with load cell and fuel tank .

Torque Measurement: Torque Indicator with Load cell strain gauge.

Temperature Measurement: Digital Temperature Indicator with Thermocouples.

Speed Measurement: Speed Indicator and Proximity sensor

The unit will be having individual display unit for each parameter, so that the readings

can be taken manually and calculated for UG level. (Performance Test)
