Description:

The setup consists of front headlamps, front indicators, rear combination lamps, tail lamps, brake lamps, reverse lamps, horn, wiper motor, instrument cluster, combination switch, control switches, fuse box, relay box and colour-coded wiring harness. EV-related components can include a Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) demonstration module, Battery Management System (BMS), DC-DC converter, onboard charger, charging port, HV interlock demonstration unit and 12V auxiliary battery.

All components are mounted on a structured training panel with clearly identified labels and accessible wiring connections, enabling trainees to study circuit operation, trace wiring paths and understand the interaction between vehicle electrical components.

Training Applications: Lighting circuit testing, wiring diagram interpretation, fuse and relay testing, continuity testing, voltage measurement, switch operation, wiring fault diagnosis and familiarization with EV auxiliary electrical systems.
